Bergman to Serve as Ranking Member of VA Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee

Washington - Congressman Jack Bergman was selected to serve as the Ranking Member of the VA Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations in the 116th Congress. Congressman Bergman issued the following release:

"I'm grateful for the opportunity to once again serve in a leadership role on the VA Committee. Ensuring our nation's Veterans receive quality and timely care remains a top priority, and I appreciate Ranking Member Roe's confidence in me as we continue the historic progress made in the 115th Congress. We must ensure that Veterans receive the care they’ve earned, and those who stand in the way of that care are held accountable," said Congressman Bergman.

Dr. Phil Roe, Ranking Member of the Veterans Affairs Committee said, "I am honored to have General Bergman continue in a leadership role on the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation. As a Veteran himself and someone with lots of experience on this committee, I know that he will be an asset to the committee as well as a strong role model for new members. I am so grateful for General Bergman’s unwavering commitment to our Veterans."
