Now more than ever, the Department of Veterans Affairs needs stable and reliable leadership. We've begun making positive strides to address the issues plaguing the VA, and there is a lot of work still ahead. I appreciate Dr. Shulkin's work within VA, and I thank him for his service to our Veterans. I look forward to meeting Admiral Jackson and continuing our work with this Administration as we steer the Department of Veterans Affairs back to its core mission – caring for our nation’s Veterans. |
